Who Can Use Oxipay? If you’re in New Zealand, at least 18, with a valid email, New Zealand mobile number, Mastercard/Visa credit or debit card, residential address, and driver’s license, you’re eligible!
How It Works:
Select Oxipay at checkout, customise your plan, and enjoy your purchase immediately.
Cost and Fees:
No extra costs if payments reach Oxipay by the due date. Late payments incur a $10 fee, with a potential $30 collection fee.
Payment Schedule:

Weekly Payments:
The first payment is 12.5% of the purchase, or $125 plus the amount over $1,000 for purchases over $1,000. Subsequent weekly payments follow.
Additional Precautions:
Increased cleaning protocols for high-touch surfaces in response to COVID-19, with hand sanitisers placed throughout the spa and salon.
Late Payments:
Contact the friendly Oxipay support team for assistance or visit their Help & Support page. Late payment fees apply.
Early Payments:
No fees for early payments. Log into your Oxipay account and select ‘Pay Now’ to settle your balance.
Refunds:
Contact JASMIN BEAUTY & HAIR CREW for refund queries. Adjustments or cancellations to future payments will be made if necessary.
Closing Your Oxipay Account:
Contact Oxipay via their Help & Support page or call 0800 189 236. Outstanding amounts must be paid in full before closing your account.
Accepted Cards:
Any Mastercard or Visa credit/debit card issued in New Zealand is accepted. No prepaid or internationally issued cards are currently accepted.
Limits:
A single Oxipay purchase can be up to $1,500, with a minimum purchase of $20. The total sum of all Oxipay arrangements can’t exceed $1,000 at any one time, with a maximum of 5 active purchases.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
Follow your bank’s process and contact Oxipay at 0800 189 236 to update card details promptly.
Change of Card Details:
Contact Oxipay at 0800 189 236 to update your payment details.
Change of Payment Date:
Unfortunately, Oxipay cannot change your payment due date(s).
Change of Purchase Amount:
Oxipay cannot change your purchase amount.
Eligibility:
You must be over 18, possess a valid email, and a New Zealand mobile number, and hold a Mastercard or Visa credit/debit card issued in New Zealand.
Transaction Decline:
Possible reasons include exceeding the purchase limit, surpassing the $250 per fortnight limit, or having over $1,000 in current Oxipay balances.
Decline Reasons:
You may be declined if you don’t meet Oxipay’s criteria, such as residing outside New Zealand, being under 18, lacking a New Zealand mobile number, or using an ineligible card.
Why Declined:
Several reasons could lead to a decline, including not meeting residency, age, mobile number, or card eligibility requirements or unverified identity.
